NH Bath Builders recently finished a bathroom remodel in Raymond, NH. This bathroom remodel included most aspects of our bottomline bathroom, with a few upgrades. The bathrooms original floor plan was very poor, first there was a small room which was completely taken up with the washer and dryer and then there was an entrance to the bathroom. We removed most of the dividing wall. The toilet location and the vanity were switched. We also stacked the dryer on top of the washer and moved them both to a corner of the room, which included a new dryer vent and moving the plumbing for the washer.
Whenever NHBB starts a bathroom remodel we are committed to taking care of our customers. As we began this bathroom remodel it became apparent that the floor was 4 layers of flooring with a section in the middle of the floor that had been rotted for sometime and had continued to get worse as each layer of new flooring that was added helped trap the rot in so it would continue to worsen. We pulled up all the layers of rotted flooring and installed 2 layers of 3/4″ plywood to match the floor heights through the rest of the house and ensure stability.
